Naaradas curse to Vishnu

the swayamavara hall was beautiful with decorations.Narada sat there and was enjoying his newly acquired looks.Rama devi was brought there by her aides.Brahmin Purohith gave her a garland and told her to adorn it to the one whom she liked to be her husband.Her servant maids were explaining to her about each king who was present there.In the mean time,Sree Hari came there and she garlanded him.immediately,Vishnu took her on his Garuthmantha to Vaikuntam.Evry one made fun of him for his plight. Narada immediately went to Vaikuntam and showed his anger on Vishnu.Achyuthaa! you made fun of me. You gave me the face of monkeys and bears.I became the laughing stock there.I was ashamed and felt very much for not marrying Ramadevi,woman of my choice.For hurting and humiliating me in this fashion,I would cure you.You too would suffer for the loss of your wife.You made fun of me by giving me the face of monkey and bear.So.with their help only you can get back your wife. Vishnu was cool and calm,though Narada lost his temper.He explained to him like this.Narada!you were trapped in Daiva Maaya and so you were cheated.Even then,you cursed me unnecessarily.But do not feel sorry. During Threthaayugam,I will be born to uplift and serve the needy.You become Chiranjeevi and roam the universe,creating troubles and confusion.Narada requested Vishnu for forgiveness. to wash out his sins,he started his pilgrimage. Sootha mahaamuni was saying to Sounaka and other sages like this.Hey great souls!for men it is very difficult to understand Almightys maayamoham.Nandeeswara told Maarkandeya that parameswara thaththvam.I m repeating all of that to you.please listen carefully.

Narada trapped in Maaya

Narada started roaming and came to Earth.He came across a city named Kalyaana nagaram.It was a beautiful city and Narada was enjoting walking the street. Kings servants came and were announcing that Kings daughter was to be betrothed the next day. all the civilians were requested to attend the function.Narada immediately went to the palace of the king an asked him the reason for festivities.King welcomed the sage respectfully. He called his daughter and told her to salute Narada.He told that next day,she was going to have swayamvaram to choose her husband.Narada was moonstruck seeing her beauty. He requested the king that he would marry her. King told him to attend swayamvaram the next day. If she choose him,he had no objection what so ever. Narada immediately went to Mahaa Vishnu and pleaded with him like this.You are enjoying your married life with Bhoodevi.Neelaavathi,Haimaavathi and others.But I do not have any family. please help me in getting married to Rama devi.He told the incident of meeting Rama devi.He heard that she would not marry anyone other than Sree Mannaaraayana.So,please give me your looks and figure.I will go and stand there in your appearance. Sree Hari first warned him. But Narada was adamant and Sree Hari had to acceot his request.Naarada went to Kalyaana nagaram.

naradas penance

Maarkandeya Muneendra!Narada was doning penance at Maanasa sarovaram in Himaalaya mountain ranges.Indra was afarid that if Narada succeeded in his penance,there might be danger for his position as chief of deities.So,he sent Rambha,and other apsaras to topple and destroy Naradas cool and his severe and great penance.But they were afraid to go near him and came back to Indra nd expressed their inability.Devendra realised that there was nothing for him to fear as Narada was doing penance to acquire knowledge about Siva.so,he coolly went back to Devalokam. Narada learnt about Siva mahathyam by his penance and he was satisfied. He went to Brahma and told of his arrival and told about his achievements.Later ,he went to Kailaasam and told about the power of his penance to Siva.From there,he went to Vishnuloka and told Vishnu like this.Hey IMMORTAL SOUL!I became so powerful because of my penance.neither your Vishnumaaya nor Siva maaya can affect me now.You can not do anything and affect me. Vishnu replied him with patience.Hey great sage!entire universe is enveloped in Vishnumaaya and Siva maaya.It aroe from nature only.it would set right those who are proud of their knowledge and power.It is very difficult to gain upper hand over that.You are a philosophical soul.Even then,you are unable to recognise and realise it.All the time,you are roaming around all three lokas.be careful !other wise,you too would become a prey to it. Narada took leave from Vishnu and started on his journey to roam the universe.
